Our Policy
Remote Spots Pro is a one-time purchase of $5 USD that provides lifetime access to Pro features. Because this is a digital product with immediate access, we offer refunds under limited circumstances.
Try before you buy: All core functionality is available in the free tier. We encourage you to test the app thoroughly before purchasing Pro to ensure it meets your needs.
Eligible for Refund
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- Pro features do not unlock after purchase (technical failure on our end)
- The core functionality is completely broken and unusable
- You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not provided for:
- Slow query times or timeouts – The app relies on the public Overpass API, which can experience high load during peak hours. This behavior can be tested in the free tier before purchase.
- Data accuracy issues – The app uses OpenStreetMap data, which may be incomplete in some regions. This is stated in our Terms of Service.
- Change of mind – Since you can test all core functionality for free before purchasing, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
- Feature requests – If a specific feature you expected is not available, this is not grounds for a refund.
How to Request a Refund

- Your order number or purchase email
- A description of the issue
- Any relevant screenshots
We aim to respond within 2 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
